Eat Stop Eat
March 27, 2010 – 10:10 pm
I quite like the opening sentence of “Eat Stop Eat” whereby it says that losing weight and shedding fat doesn’t necessarily mean having to subject yourself to countless hours of aches and pains as a result of relentless gym workouts. Furthermore, it adds, losing weight doesn’t have to mean that you have to subject yourself to food deprivation. I do not know about you but that definitely does appeal to me!
Regardless of how enticing it may sound, I am a practical person. What I am trying to say is that it is useless if something sounds good in theory but is not practical in real-life situations. With that in mind, how does “Eat Stop Eat” fare when it comes to the acid test; effectiveness.
Before I go into that, let me just tell you what “Eat Stop Eat” is about. It is basically an easy way for you to lose weight and allows you to preserve your metabolism and lean muscle. It is suitable for both women and men (we all know that weight loss for men and women works differently). The gist of this program involves a combination of intermittent fasting and weight training to give you the best possible results. However, the one difference in this is that it promises to have not slow down your metabolism, effect your workouts or turn you into hunger machine after the fasting periods.
It is definitely interesting to know that SHORT TERM fasting does not decrease your fat-burning enzymes. In fact, it works quite the direct opposite. That means “Eat Stop Eat” has got this part spot-on with its intermittent fasting to help promote a faster fat-burning process. Coming from a man with an honors degree in nutrition, I suppose the man (Brad Pillon) does know what he is talking about.
Let’s see what’s unique about “Eat Stop Eat” :
• A Unique Intermittent Fasting Program : This is probably the main difference with other diet programs because it isn’t a diet at all. In actual reality, it is a flexible intermittent fasting program.
• Burn Fat Rapidly And Easily : While the majority of diets will burn fat, “Eat Stop Eat” promotes even faster fat-burning.
• Increase your “growth hormones” : I know it really does sound awkward but “growth hormones” is the name of one of the most important fat-burning hormones. This program is among one of the only that can help promote the growth of these hormones.
• Easiest Diet Plan : I will be honest with you. I have tried many diets and most of them didn’t last long enough for me to see the results. The reason was simply because it was nearly impossible to follow. However, with “Eat Stop Eat”, I managed to stay on the diet without even breaking into a sweat!
In conclusion, “Eat Stop Eat” is really a practical weight loss program that has proven to work for me. I do not want to tell you the total weight I managed to have lost - you will simply be saying that I exaggerated!
