“Burn Fat And Gain Muscle With Turbulence Training” is the motto/slogan; or at least something along the lines. It is a proven method that is supposed to give you the best possible results in the shortest amount of time.

What got me attracted to this program was its claims that there was no cardio training involved. Now, don’t get me wrong. I do want to build a more muscular body and I don’t mind putting some effort into it. I don’t mind weight training but cardio simply does not appeal to me. Well, I supposed I found the perfect training program for me because no cardio is involved here! In fact, it even reveals some shocking truth about cardio. I will share it with you for the mutual benefit of all those who think cardio is effective :

Myth#1 – Doing Cardio In An Empty Stomach Will Allow For The Best Fat-Burning Results

There is no evidence for this. Most trainers actually use intervals rather than boring cardio. I know I wouldn’t want to do those slow and boring cardio especially when my tummy is growling with hunger.

Myth#2 – You Need To Do Cardio In The Fat Burning Zone

It is definitely not the best way to lose stubborn belly fat; short burst exercises are the most efficient.

Myth#3 – You Need To Do Cardio Every Single Day

Another misconception. Exercise sessions of 45 minutes, 3 times a week will give you the best results.

Myth#4 – You Need To Be Doing Cardio For A Minimum Time Of 20 Minutes Before You Burn Fat

That is so not true. Did you know that you can even burn fat while you rest? It all depends on your ‘resting metabolism rate’.

Myth#5 – You Cannot Lose Fat And Gain Muscle At The Same Time.

This is what some programs want you to believe. Scientific research has proven that Turbulence Training, through short burst exercise workouts can increase your metabolism, burn belly fat and increase your muscle mass at the same time.

How does it all add up to then, you may be asking? Let me tell you. Using this program, I succeeded in losing the piece of flab known as belly fat while gaining 14 lbs of muscle mass after several short weeks. What I found most appealing about this program was its intensive short burst exercise routines. I did not have to do it every single day but merely 3 sessions per week. I find myself less lethargic after undergoing the program with more energy for my daily activities.

In conclusion, I seriously think the Turbulence Training program is suitable for those who want a rapid belly fat-burning system that will also give you a muscular build at the same time without slow, boring cardio. I have never looked (and felt) better in my life..and it’s all thanks to Turbulence Training!
