Touted as “The #1 Rated Muscle Program On The Internet”, Vince Del Monte Fitness came with exceptionally high expectations. Even so, I had to approach this the same way I have been with all similar programs – that is with caution.

Before we go into the program into detail, it must be said that it is suitable for both men and women alike. Therefore, do not shy away from this if you are female thinking programs such as these only target male.

No Nonsense Muscle Building program allows you to have a lean and muscular in just a matter of weeks. It will also show you why you have been struggling all the while with similar bodybuilding programs along with other supplements. It will show you how to attain that dream body you have always wanted. I, for one, have always thought that it was impossible. Apparently, I am wrong.

Let’s take a closer look at what the Vince Del Monte Fitness program is all about :

• The program does not contain any usage of steroids. It only uses ‘natural’ ways.
• It does not involve using any expensive equipment or supplements unlike some other similar programs.
• There will be no conflict of interest. You won’t have to deal with “experts” who tell you to do something and the next moment, a different “expert” tells you to do the direct opposite.
• Your life won’t revolve around the gym as this program does not require you to work out for long hours. Therefore, you will be able to gain more and work less; therefore you will be able to have more time to enjoy other activities.

Let’s look at some of the claims made by the proprietor of the program. This is the very program he has used to build 41 lbs of solid mass muscle in just 24 weeks. Isn’t that impressive? I must say it is (at least by the sound of it anyway). Still, how does it really add up?

I tried the training program out of curiosity (other than the fact that I’ve always wanted a better build). What I found great about this training program is that it was actually created for the average person like you and I. This means that it is tailored for those without any advantage genetically and attainable (I would never use steroids). Let’s see what else has this program showed me. I have learned that intensity of the exercise can play a major part in building your muscle and strength (the more intense the exercise are, the better it can be). I have also learned that the amount of exercise can be bad for you. It can halt your ability to recover and affect growth. In fact, you may even lose any strength and muscle that you have gained through effort.

In conclusion, Vince Del Monte’s fitness program indeed is a miracle. It has managed to help an average, scrawny man like me attain a lean and muscular body through it’s program. Use without hesitation and watch yourself grow (literally!).
