Muscle Gain Truth by Sean Nalewanyj

March 27, 2010 – 10:04 pm

This is definitely the program for me. “Muscle Gain Truth” is a program developed by Sean Nalewanyj – a natural bodybuilder, best-selling author and a former puny 125-pounder. It is a program that was tailored for really skinny people with a minimum amount of muscle mass and who wants to build upon on this muscle mass.

I am 5′6” and weigh a mere 110 lbs. I have often been the subject of jokes and entertainment etc due to my scrawny-sized figure. I told myself that I’ve had enough and it was time to do something about it. By chance, an old friend of mine whom I have lost contact with for almost 3 years or more bumped into me. I could hardly recognize him for instead of a 120-pounder, there stood a fit and muscular guy. He finally let me in to his secret and the rest as they say, is history. So, now back to the issue at hand.

The program can be done in 26 weeks. What I noticed about this program was that it had a humble and modest feel to it. There were no excessive claims and promises such as those that are made by other similar programs. Let’s have a look what the “Muscle Gain Truth” program will get you :

• “The Truth About Muscle Gain” Book
• Printable 26-week workout plans and logs
• Online Muscle Building Videos
• A Database On Video Exercise
• Bodybuilding mistakes mp3 course
• A program tracker
• Continuous email support from Sean himself (for the entire 3 months)
• An Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee (8 Weeks)

Overall, the program is an excellent all-rounded program complete with exercises and nutrition tips. I found it a bit slow in the beginning as Sean tried to dispel the many myths associated with muscle-building. However, when I reflect back on what I have read, I realized that it was totally necessary as that was exactly what many people fell for (those who didn’t know too well).

As someone who is new to muscle-building, I really enjoyed the video exercise lessons that was included in this program. There are videos that even helped you to build up specific areas of the body. For example, say you want to build on your chest or arms. Next, I also found the program tracker to be convenient as well as a form of motivation for me to push further.

Personally, this program worked wonders for me. I began noticing the difference in me after several short weeks. If there was one area which I disliked about “Muscle Gain Truth”, it would have been the ‘warming up’ sessions. I cannot relate with the warm-up technique that he uses in this program. However, this is just a matter of personal opinion. His program does work and is effective as proven by the many who have tried it (including yours truly here).

With “Muscle Gain Truth”, I had the last laugh where scrawny figures were concerned. I now have a better build compared to most of them who were laughing at my expense back then.
