Tell me honestly, what does the name “Combat The Fat” sound to you? Honestly speaking, I didn’t know what to expect when I first heard the name. I had figured it was the name of a PC game or something but not a diet program. Although I have been in the weight loss and fitness industry for many years, I must admit this came as a total surprise for me even! Let’s see what “Combat The Fat” is all about.

What’s unique about this program is that it is supposedly the very same one used by the men and women of the U.S. Military to achieve their spectacular fitness levels. Have I got your attention yet? This program has got nothing to do with a “low fat diet” or “fat burning pills” etc. If you have tried losing weight with those and failed, then you will understand just what I am trying to say. Back to “Combat The Fat”; it is definitely a unique program.

First, let me show you some of the fitness tips they offer. The following 5 make up the gist of the program and hence, it is important for me to share that with you. These tips will show you how to attain your weight loss goal. For these people, the word “failure” doesn’t even exist in their vocabulary. Here are the 5 tips :

Tip#1: Don’t Give Up Or Quit Taking “Bad” Foods
The truth is, people who are really fit do not starve themselves from “junk food”. In fact, “Combat The Fat” will show you why it is important for you not to give these foods up.

Tip#2: Muscles Are Your Best “Fat Burning Machine”

I bet you didn’t know that muscles help you burn fat. A pound of muscle can help you burn up to 50 calories a day even when you are idle and doing nothing. Yes, that’s true! This is the very reason why people who are fit can eat more without having to worry about getting fat (lucky them!). This program will help you to be just like them!

Tip#3: Learn To Master Your Body Weight
I am sure you realize that military training involves a lot of physical exercise/training such as push-ips and the likes. However, it isn’t without a reason. This program will show you just why.

Tip#4: DO NOT Diet
The simple fact is dieting almost never works. In fact, it can do more harm than good. “Combat The Fat” isn’t a diet. It’s something that is completely different.

Tip#5: There Is No Room For Failure
Just as with the military, failure shouldn’t even come across as an option for you. Therefore, you should only aim for success.

Okay, now that I’ve shown you all that, I am sure you are waiting for the answer as to whether it can really help you lose weight, am I right? Well, it does to tell you the truth…and exceptionally effective at it too! I mean, have you even seen or heard of overweight Military personnels? Obviously not. Go figure for yourself.
