Let's get something dead straight
before we start.
I have always hated dieting and
weight loss e-books. In reality, I believe that I hold a
horrible hatred for fitness plans more than anyone I know, and I
certainly always will. And if you give me a few minutes I will tell
you why.
But first, let me tell you how I got

Well, let me explain. I have a desk job and I spend most of my
time behind a desk. By the time I am ready to go home I have no
energy to do anything. I also have horrible eating habits and I
don't know when the last time I have exercised was. The only
exercise I perform in is typing on my keyboard, drinking coffee, and
maybe picking up the phone when a call comes in. I know there are
other people that work behind a desk that deals with these same
